Need a new Engine Mercruiser 260 HP, 350 Block

My Engine seized up and it looks like I need to drop a new one in, its a 1988 Mercruiser 260 HP, 350 Block. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what to do "new or rebuild", who can do the work Iam in the Long Beach area but the boats on a trailer.

Thanks for the help
