skipjack 24 beam width?

How wide is the beam on a 24 foot skipjack? I got a lead on a swimstep from a 24 that I want to put on my 20.

Re: skipjack 24 beam width?

Thanks. Too many beers when I looked at the 24.

How many BD'ers owned my new used boat before Orca, Saltydawg, and Tombach? And why doesn't it have a name? I'm thinking that "Bloody-deck-Whore" might be appropriate.

Re: skipjack 24 beam width?

Don't listen to these guys. That swimstep is way too big for your boat. PM your hook-up for the swimstep and I'll take it off your hands. I need one...bad.

It also belonged the the late Bob Keppeler, I'm the one that restored it. Orca and Keppeler used as a garbage dumpster What kind of shape is it in now? It was a nice boat when I sold it to Tom. And it was the SALTYDAWG when I owned it

Re: skipjack 24 beam width?

Well, it's in good enough shape for me to be in love. The tilt/trim don't work and I think I have that figured out. The engine has a knock. I've got both of them parts on my POS glastron so it's just a matter of time away from the chicken farm to get her going for some real fishing. I do really love the boat. She's got her issues but I'm gonna fish the little bitch don't you worry about that!Death_To_
