battery 3 way switch

I might have fried mine, touched the backend of one side to a piece of metal. Is there any type of a reset on these? Both batteries are new and charged but it only works on 1 or both now. Looks like time for a new one.

Sounds like you touched the bat #2 post to ground on the switch and melted the contacts (an open). That's why it works in bat #1 and both position and not #2. Time for a new switch with protected posts.
