Shocking question

When the motor (150 yamaha) is running and my hands are wet I'm gettin the piss shocked outta meif I touch the steering wheel and the t=top at the same time
. I tried finding the loose or grounded wire to no aval. Any ideas? I'm starting to like this.

You got stray current at the dash or T-top. Bad stuff find and fix cause can make serious corrosion problems, crap out your charging system, kill batteries etc etc.

Thanks I kind of figured that. I didn't notice it before I put in the GPS and F/F. But I can't find any loose wires or disconected wires. But I found out the Perko switch only cuts the power to the motor, not the dash. Thanks again for the reply.

If it started when you installed the FF, then try unhooking the transducer on the back of the FF and see if it stops. You may have a cut in the cable which is allowing a high voltage short.

Other possible high voltage sources are Radar and the coil/ignition system on the OB.

That's all I can think of right now...
