Ok, anybody know where I can get a spanner wrench?

Once the top is off, does the seal and everything else just slide up over the top of the ram rods?

Harbor Frieght has adjustable spanners, I believe. As far as the seals, as I recall they are inside the cylinder when it comes off and the ram slides inside the cylinder.
