Loadrite trailers

Anyone else have a pain in the ass loading your boat onto a roller style trailer.I have always had bunk trailers before and never had this much trouble loading.I would make the follies at Shelter Island on a hot Saturday afternoon. If I do not hit the exact center of where the 2 front rollers come togegther I am HOSED!

I have an aluminum I beam loadrite but it has bunks.....No issues at all. Simply change out the rollers to bunks.

I have a aluminum bunk trailer that I have to drive on to get it tight to the winch post and to keep her centered. A little too much trailer in the water, off center, not enough, more throttle to snug up, pain in the ass.

Try leaving the trailer a bit more out of the water. You can see better and with wheels most boats slide on easy.

On the other hand try a single inboard that only turns left at low speed, a crowed Shelter Island basin, a bit of wind and a trailer that floats!!! Talk about a video.

A few more times and you will have it down pat!!!

I have side guide pads which really help; I only have inches to spare on side clearances and need to get dead center on the trailer
