batteries fer the skipjack

Gonna get me some batteries for the skipjack. Looking for advice:
2 deep cycles or a deep cycle and a starting battery? Where in SD to get good deals on said batteries? I'm fixin' to go fishin' thursday through friday overnight. She's a diesel.

Deep cycle 4 house/emergency and a cranking battery for starting. Check out Odessy batteries. A little pricy but a hell of a cranking battery. Long lasting and a lot of cranking amps for the size/weight. A buddy uses a pair of group 31s to crank 12-71s. Had them for 3 years now and loves them.

i would get a group 30 starting battery and 2 group 31 deep cycle house.
