Need diesel mechanic ( again )

Thought I had found my mechanic, not so lucky.

I now have a engine part way taken apart and can't find my mechanic. No returned calls for almost 3 weeks.

A couple of you guys sent me recomendations, but I didn't save them. So any recomendations would be appreciated.

Papa J - was it you that sent me a # before??

By the way its a Detroit Diesel.

Joe

Joe,
Give Me a call. Let's talk about your "problem". I've been in the field for many years and now work nights and week-ends only.I might be able to help. It"s very hard to find an HONEST Mechanic today who stands by his work, so you can see where I have alot of boats that I service. Lv Msg I'll call you back ASAP

He said he doesnt have time to do it for quite a while - but thanks for the effort.

Mark i'm gana give you a call.

saltydog - you do a lot of work on the detroits??

EDIT : The mechanic called me back a little bit ago. He said the end of the week he should be able to get goin on it. Hpoefully he does it so I don't have to keep huntin for a mechanic - if not i'll be lookin again.
