Anyone know where to get information on a 1980 Robalo 24', I have a 260 Mercruiser inboard/outboard-
I want to know the dry weight of boat,
Construction
Plus Misc info.
I Can't find it anywhere on the web- not even on the manufactures website.
Any hints will be great appreciated.
Wow, that's a rare Robalo,,,,, I've only seen them with twin outbrds or single outbrds. Hmmmmmm, did a couple of searches and came up empty on the I/O version.
I also have a Robalo, mine is an 82' hull and can't find a thing out there about it. Maybe it was built before Al Gore invented the internet so there is no info saved in any format that could be posted, :-q

Strange how I ended up with my Robalo. Online the boat had just been listed for 3 weeks asking 12k so I decided to go check it out and I take a bro. We get there and we're tripping out because the boat picture we had from the web was something totoal different?- Online it was a blue alluminum boat not a Robalo. WE didn't know anything about Robalo's at the time so we were tripping out. Finally the dude selling the boat figures it out because of the strange questions we had( regarding the other boat). He listed and sold the Blue Boat 3 years ago...and had just listed the Robalo in a boat Trader mag with the same Telephone #. Ha! Dude also had some story about why he was selling the boat- we all have a story- but I did notice other items were for sell(his truck- dirt bike) We could tell the construction, engine, basically the entire boat was kept in great condition...with some price bargining we towed her home.
I want to track down an owner's manuel and possibly some specs on the boat and dry weight. I'll appreciate any leads-THanks
You might have better luck checking on east coast sources. Robalo was originally a strictly FL boat. Brunswick than bought them and later yet Chaparall. I used to sell them back in '92-93.
