Hard Top

A lot of great information. They are very pricey. I had a T-Top made for the Wellcraft I just sold. $1,600. Of all the builders, PYT were the cheapest. Electronics Box $375. Rag Top $375. I did not pay that for the last two items, did great elsewhere. Jack

If Long Beach is not to far try Riley Marine 1-562-435-5233 he just finished mine and its great he came the day I called him in the middle of the season and finished in a week the one I did is 4 feet across and dont have a sun shade. the price was $2200 with a set of 6 rod holders across the back this didnt include the seat or back only the brackets a guy in OC named Olivio 714-542-3361 used to work for Skipjack did the seat and back for $325. both products were outstanding quality and the price is worth a trip to LA.

Thanks for the info. I don't know if it's an option as the boat has no trailer. He saved himself a bunch of money and so far it hasn't been to much of an inconvenience.
I will keep the seat guy in mind.........seems that I've seen that name somewhere before.
Thanks again!

[QUOTE=Reel Contagious]TAC Welding 619-449-5150,

Troy is the guy you want to talk to. His work is outstanding and he is trying to establish him self in this business. His prices reflect it.

He spoke to Troy today and was given a phone bid of $2300.........price is for the big hoop, top w/canvas, seat, elbow rest and antenna mount. He's gonna go look at the boat down at the slip tomorrow. Sounds like an outstanding deal.

Thanks for the lead!

Troys work is outstanding.

If he makes a recommendation, listen to him. I trusted him, I could not envision what he was telling me, but went with his recommendations. THE MAN KNOWS HIS STUFF. I am very glad I went with his ideas vs mine.

Anyway good luck and please keep us up to date.

Cfab in Costa Mesa does absolute beautiful work if you're willing to wait. He's slow as shit when it comes to finishing his work but it's worth it. Look at a CABO, it likely has some of his tower work on it. He does make nice tops that fit you're description. Give him a call at 949 646-2616
