portable bait bag/tank for overnight

Does anyone have any ideas of some sort of bait bag/container that hangs overboard in the water? I don't have a generator and do not want to risk running my battery all night. I've heard there is a bait container that collapses and opens when put into the water. You would just tie it to a cleat and put it in the water. The bait lives in it overnight and then you transfer back into the bait tank in the morning.

Has anyone heard of this or have any ideas?

Thanks,

Brian

I've seen something like that hanging off of boats down in the bay by the bait station. Don't know how easy it would be to transfer it to and fro. Think of a portable battery power pack instead as they are all 12v anyway. You could just hook it up to the battery leads before you go to bed and recharge it in the am or add in another battery on your perco switch.

Many options.

You can use any bucket with a lid. Just drill some holes in it (lots of holes) and tie it off your cleat. Alot of guys use something like that in their slips. You probably need around a 10 gallon to keep half a scoop in good shape.

Maybe a plastic garbage can with lots of small holes and a locking lid?

That bag won't stop a seal.
