Anyone need a non-fishing deckhand?

Just moved down to San Diego to find a job on one of the sport boats as a deckhand. Have some promising prospects but none of them start for a while. Looking for some deckhand work in the meantime. Figured someone out there would maybe need a deckhand for the tournament. Not interested in fishing myself, just want to swing a gaff, clean fish, and scrub a boat, and whatever else is asked of me. I dont care what the pay is just want some time on the water. Please shoot me a PM if your interested.

Only people entered in the tournament are allowed on the boats. Non-fishing deckhands/observers, etc. are not allowed per the rules.

Although that doesn't mean that a guy who may wish to fish this solo (and pay the team entry) might consider taking this guy out to clean & gaff, throw chum ect.

That would be within the rules. As long as they are paid into the tournament as a paying angler a captain has the right to let them work as he sees fit.
