Jason and Ali are in PV, so the answer to this may take a few.

Does the payout get higher as more teams enter??

I am not positive but i think payouts are via sponsors. the angler money goes towards paying for the banquet/event. there is a lot of money involved in running a tourney.

Ok, this is closed til the Boss's get back from stroking each other in PV.

Don't need panties ruffled before we even hit the water.

The payouts are based on 100 boats entering. Sponsors giving us product is no problem. Sponsors giving us money is very hard to come by these days.

The payout purse is money BD is putting up from part of the registration fees. The rest of those fees go to the awards party.

We did up it roughly 8 bucks a head more based on a 3 person team.

Honestly though. The jackpots are where you are going to make your money in a tournament. Last year the 2nd place team took home more cash than 1st place because they were in all 3 jackpots.

A finalized version of the rules will be posted very shortly.
