Had an old family friend staying with us last weekend. My Aunt flew him in to surprise my grandma for her 89th birthday. So of course I took him fishing. Dude hadn’t fished in over 40 years and only fished a couple time in his life(with my grandpa). So I took him and a couple other loved ones to the bay for some sandbassin.
Job 1- Get each person to catch a sandy and take a picture of the 3 of them together for my grandma.......that was easy.
Fishing was great. We caught fish everywhere we went.
We absolutely lost count. Mostly sandies and spotties.
Cause we all have wings, but some of us don’t know why. We took home 8 sandies, fresh off the ocean, for the B-day feast.
We used TJWs, TSBs, Reebs and Kalins grubs. Unibutter was the key.
People have been asking me, “Do you still sell lures?” the answer was No, but or the time being the answer is, Yes. Just send me a PM or something.
The store may be closed, but the factory is still operating.
