these things look pretty sick

now if i could just figure out the best way to rig them and why i suck @ fishing i might be able to clear the daddy duties from the schedule & go poach some new water / spots

any suggestions ???

great colors right there. the minipuss are deadly. i would put the creatures on a weedless and the swimies on a regular jighead. but on these coming winter months with the colder water the swim baits work well on a weedless head fished just like the creature (slow presentation). good luck!

*edit* my winter suggestion was aimed at fishing structure. for kelp applications i would use what erik posted below year round

Erik's right, the BladeRunner weedless swimbait heads work really well. I like to rig them with the belly hook wire jammed into the bait. You won't really get your pants pulled down this way.

WARBAITS are sick too. I like them with a skirt for the bugs and without for the swimbaits. Check them out at: warbaits.com

thanx for the dope i am looking for some " weedless heads"

put some 1/2 & 3/4 heads on the big 5 " pearl swimmies last night & it just doesnt look right trying to figure out what to do with the big swimmies as far as lead is concerned ,

any suggestions ?????
