K&M Offshore Sportfishing, San Quintin,REPORT

I only had one boat out over the weekend (capt Oscar on the Offshore IV) They got some nice Reds&Lings, seemed a little slow.....big tides lots of water moving, current etc... Waves were really good at some spots! (I was surfing) Inshore water was 57º = 4/3 and booties if ya know what i mean! outside was a little warmer.
The Lowdown: South out of the harbour will get you med-small rockfish possible sandys & Calicos (I wouldnt put my $ on the sportcoats unless the waters over 58º) There have been some WSB caught in gillnets (Commercial) around the Tranqillo-arroyo hondo area but no R&R catches that can be verified. The high-spots (240-15-the 6) are good for quality groundfish if you dont mind the 260-350ft drop. There were some Laguna Tuna (Bonito) at the 240 but thats been it for surface action. San Martin is loaded with Calicos....i dont care what anyone says.....lock-jaw my arse! dont belive me....suit up and jump in!......youll see.
I have a Sacramento Reef trip planned for this weekend if the weather holds and i know theres yellows down there and lots more. I also want to shoot outside and see if the paddies are holding...........i need to get pulled on.....i need to hear drag and see bendo.......yeah we,ll fill the coolers but then we go for some game!!!

Hi Kelly I am very interested in a Sac reef run I have a house in Castros Camp and reds and lings I'm used to but a little different water would be a great trip. Cost for a run to Sac reef approx, do you provide lunch or do we? Can your boat handle four large guys? Thanks
