Re: Cedros Island question

I finished off an 8-day trip at Cedros this past June and it was great fishing for yellows and calicos. The island gets less pressure in June then Sept so......

Re: Cedros Island question

May/June are great at Cedros. Big shoulders on the yellow tail there. Went there in May this year on a 6 day on the Independance and we had to leave after two days as we had a boat limit of yellowtail so we left them biting.

Re: Cedros Island question

I,ve fished it in July and in Sept few times.... out of small boats, as a guest of ES/TS (salt production) and it was WFO both times. So I'd say only this better chance for warm water durning the fall? June can have it's issues sometimes on the Pacific side with water temps. I bunch it into the La Bocana/Mag bay/SQ season wise.
