Smile Punta Chivato in AUG.

Heading down to Punta Chivato for our annual trip next week from Aug 5-15. If any fellow BD'ers plan on being in the area (Santa Rosalia to Mulege) let me know so we can hook up or chat on the radio.
Also, If anyone's been down there in the past few weeks, I'd love a fish report. THANKS!

Re: Punta Chivato in AUG.

I will be down there Aug. 10-15. Hope the H2O clarity and water temp have improved by then!

We'll be monitoring CH16/72

Give us a holler

Re: Punta Chivato in AUG.

I'll be back for a short one right around that time.... not sure how much fishing I'll be doing, but surely some. I'm on 74 (channel VHF) house and boat. Give me a shout, most of the fish (dorado/deep yellows) will be up in my area and north of me (santa rosalia). Maybe see you on the water, have a safe drive and trip.

Re: Punta Chivato in AUG.

I was in Mulege from the 17th through the 27th. Rough water and limited success. Lots of billfish when you could get out, and several of those between St. Ines and the point. Got in to dodo's quite a bit further out, but it was so windy and rough that it was a little tough. Have a great time.
