| RELAY MSSG FROM KELLY K&M SAN QUINTIN, YELLOWS, HALI'S WHITE SHARK
Got a call from kelly yesterday (June 24). He's had some kayakers the last two days. Yesterday they got 14 yellows to 21 lbs (all from kayaks at San Martin island). He also says there are lots of halibut at the island (a 42 pounder a few days ago for a Pedro's Panga's boat). Today (mon) they got lots of big calicos to 7 lbs and more yellows, as well as one halibut. On a side note, three days ago his son Oscar was at the island getting yellows when an estimated 18 ft great white came up and destroyed a big knothead right by the boat. Blood everywhere, he described it as a real "national geographic" moment. Kind of left them slack jawed with mixed feelings- glad to see the knothead gone, but a bit worried about the surfing...... Anyway he's gonna post as soon as he drags his ass to the internet. PS.. He hasn't looked outside recently, but thinks there's a good chance of some tuna out front.....

Hey, I'm going down on July 5th. Probably draggin my friend's 26' nokaoi down there to fish fri-mon. If not gonna go out on one of kelly's boats. Either way we're planning on going outside to take a look (weather/conditions permitting of course). Might be a good time to head down. Nothing wrong with a big ass BLOODY DECKS CODE GROUP to help increase the odds when you're on the search. Anyway, haven't been down in a while and i'm fired up.... FUCK YA!
