Member of Discover Baja for years...The insurance is about the same as Vagabundos. Their office (store) is in San Diego on Clairemont Dr. You also get a news letter every 2 months, articles and updates on Baja. Good outfit. Ins. on a $20k truck is about $215 a year, but you only get 90 days of coverage used at any interval of your choice. Rick

Discover Baja is great and very reasonable. We have been happily using them for over 4 years.

90 days...so do you have to call them and tell them the dates of your trips? If so, how far in advance?

Re: Discover Baja

They use a honor system....They don't seem to think any one would spend more than 90 days in Mexico unless they lived there....? Also a liability only policy can be purchased for $75 for the year.
