Unhappy Don Eddie's for sale?

I was looking at Baja real estate for sale & I stumbled across a listing for Done Eddie's being up for sale for $2,500,00 USD. I hope Heriberto is doing ok.

well, everything is for sale if the price is right.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that is just a wee bit too steep.

I love the place.......I love the area.......certainly have put in my share of bar money there. Hope Mister Eddy is doing ok.

I know that stumble very well...
Between the wall and the trees. Watch out for the big dog that hangs out by Casa Rosa sometimes. Last time I was there, I didn't see it and when it barked it startled me so bad I almost pissed my pants...

It actually says $250,000 but has misplaced commas, or maybe 2.5 mil with a zero left out. $250,000 seems more realistic though.
