Nov 5th, 2009 Cabo San Lucas, Mexico: The first day of the 10th annual W.O.N. Tuna Jackpot Tournament in Cabo, "Team Fisherman" weighed a monster; 383 lbs Yellowfin Tuna. This fish is 5 lbs off the IGFA all tackle world record for yellowfin tuna. Daniel Fisher, owner of the Yacht "Fisherman" bought his 35' Cabo Flybridge from Picante Sportfishing and Yacht Sales 2 years ago.
Cabo yachts are known as the worlds finst sportfishing yacht in their class. The "Fisherman" has been a contender in most of Cabo Tournaments, but todays catch will go down in the History Books. This is the 5th Yellowfin Tuna over 300 lbs caught in the Cabo waters in the last 2 weeks. Besides being the Marlin Capitol of the world, our reputation for giant tuna is soon to be unmatched. There is a world record out there and will probably be caught on a Cabo Yacht.
