Happy november

I have not heard much from the local Ensenada offshore spots but decided today was a nice day for a boat ride regardless. Worked out a lot better than that. I probably should have tried to get there earlier because I immediately caught 2 nice albies (26-27#) right on top of 238; it was slow from there but I did not work real hard at it.

Spent about 5 hours checking out the inshore along La Mision. A couple reds, a ling, a sandie, a calico. Slow fishing but it was flat and beautiful yesterday. How were conditions outside Forrest?

Happy November 2-U

Holla Forrest
You've got big balls to go out there in your boat alone, be careful and keep up the good work.

@ bajabass: it was as nice as could be out there

@ bajabill: you are definitely right that it could be dangerous to go offshore alone. on the other hand, much of it depends on the boat. my boat may be small, but it is set up to be as safe as possible. you definitely have to be cautious, double check everything and do everything a little slower, but for some of us nothing beats going one on one after the fish.
