Thanks for everyones pre-trip info!!

This post is about 12% fishing related. Got back from Ensanada yesterday around 5pm. Just in time to turn in the rental car. Paid 75 bucks to fill her up in orange, cost me 40 bucks there.

Day 1:

Arived at our house around 3. Was very impressed by the location, water on both sides of the house (we where on a peninsula) very close to sharky's

We and played Frisbee for a few hours and headed to sharky’s. Very nice place but a tad bit on the expensive side for ffice:smarttags" />Click the image to open in full size.Mexico. The bar was all drunk old funny Americans, they showed us a great time and explained how things worked in and around Ensanada. Met a really cool dude named Ramie (Gato Construccion - Construction and Real Estate Services for the Punta Banda Area) You guys should contact him if your interested in any properties or rentals, he’s got a lot of great stuff, very straight forward guy.

Day 2:

We woke up around 11 hit the local taco stand and started scounting for a place to shore launch.

Water looked great but the viz sucked and the surge was about 5 ft. We packed our shit back up and headed back to the house. Nothing that a cold one couldn’t fix. Headed into town. (Anthony's then Paris) Everyone left with big smiles on there face and we headed back home. Around 3:30.

Day 3:

Woke up around 11. Beer bottles and gold fish scattered around the house, walked down to the beach. Great day.

Slept for a few hours and headed back into town for another night of Anthony’s and Paris. When I was at Anthony’s I saw a group of dudes all wearying booyah shirts, I think they lived in Ensanda. Maybe a charter group of something.

Overall my best drivable Mexico trip. I think most the shit you hear about people saying Mexico is SUPER Dangerous is bullshit. If you’re the dude always getting in bar fights I can see where there would be problems but for normal dudes if you have a cool head on your shoulders you’ll be fine. THEY ARE PEOPLE TO. I truly believe the a lot of the stuff you hear on the news is conspiracy-like. When things are not doing so well in the states they want you to spend your money here. I have spent almost 2 months in Mexico City over 8 trips (dated a girl that lived there for a 2 years. Been to Cancun, Acapulco, and a bunch of little cities. I LOVE MEXICO!!!!

My first post here (i think)

I was on the trip with Grant (aka Granta Clause) as well... a few notes....

1) Grant was mistaken for Luis Miguel the famous Mexican artist on numerous occasions....

2) If you want a straight up strip club/whore house, Paris de La Noche is the place to be.

3) If you want a PERSONALIZED ROMANTIC EXPERIENCE, take yourself to Anthony's bar. You will find yourself immersed in a fun bar with working girls. Get your game face on however... these girls are not your average hookers. Only the best for these elite ho's... you might find yourself falling in love, as will they. As you cheers the night away with them (some are really hot) and exchange life stories you will almost forget that you are paying them at the end of the night... and that they have boned thousands of salty old men in the previous nights. The best part is, you will be ready and willing to sell your soul and all earthly posession to some of these girls, but then you realize it is Mexico.. and it will only cost you $100 if your game is tight!

**Request Tony, the dude with the long pony tail, he is the coolest server out of all of them!!

4) The Jeep Commander (our rental car) is an excellent vehicle. It fit all our shit and we had numerous off roading/getting stuck in sand/running over speed bumps at 60mph+. We all wanted to buy one after the trip.

That pretty much sums up the trip! Ensenada sucks for regular partying, but if you loooove whore houses it is the place to be.

The "inshore" report. Anyone angling for crabs should write that down.
