theres a news article written in the latest WON newspaper under sound off titled :who' afraid of the big bad baja" that i highly recommend reading. for those of you still nervous about driveing down this article gives good perspective of whats happening in northern baja. i will be heading down this thursday and feel safer now then i have in a few years.

Just heard this in El Sausal
I just heard that the happy old Gringo who had the sunglass stand on the highway between El Sausal and Ensenada was robbed and murdered the other day. Sad he was really a happy, friendly guy. I'll miss him.
