Avet schematic

Got my new SX today....everything is good and in order except the owner's manual and schematic.

They are still using the old manual and schemaitc from Jurassic Park (with dogs). Anyone can help on the schematic part cos need to open up and add grease.

Thank you very much.

Cheers
Bond

Re: Avet schematic

You should be able to grease that w/o schematics. Just lay it all out on a white lint free towel and put it back the reverse way you take it apart. The SX's are very simple, don't have the new edition, but the Avets don't get complicated till the HX models. Read Alan's tutorials and you have everything. Thanks Alan.

Re: Avet schematic

If you are planing to take the SX apart for the first time beg, borrow, steal or buy a digital camera and take photos every time you remove or loosen a part. Then simply refer to the photos if you have any questions when you re assemble the reel. Good luck and good fishing.
