Not my biggest Albacore but my first troll fish of the year on my purple EX-30 narrow with a custom matching purple tied Fenwick 6' heavy blank. Fish was caught on BG90 on 8-22 Near the cortez bank I really liked the way this one painted the deck! I also caught one on my JX 6/3, my SX, my LX and my brand new HX 5 on the slide. My Avets never let me down!

How about this BSB caught off Dana Point. Mlx 30lb big game. Sardine. Aug 24th. A couple days later my son left the rod laying in the boat with the drag closed, rod took off like a cannon when it got bit, right into the drink. Talk about a sad barial at sea. My boy feels terrible even though I did not get mad at him. Gotta get the Avet replaced. Maybe my son can win it back for me!
