| Questions about magging a mxj
I just got a mxj two speed and strung it with 25lb izorline. Tied on a 2oz lead head and went out on the lawn to cast it. My thumb isn't real smart; but I can cast. Was only able to get about a hundred feet maybe a little more with out backlash becoming an issue.
I read a post on another board about magging a mxj. Has anyone tried it, and did it help get a little more distance?
I was wondering if there was a corrision problem with the magnets since I'm sure they are not stainless steel.
