I was just wondering after I was on charkbait isnt that super seeker a blank? unfortunately i cant build rods so ready made is a necessity i really dont have rod experience at all.

Most people that get a 700h get them custom built. You can go to http://www.calstarrods.com/dealers.htm and see if there's a dealer nearby you and take a look. Calstar does make factory wrapped 700h's also.

Custom built 700H with fuji guides and fuji reel seat should run about 200-250 on average.
