4/0-2 Speed shifter fouled up.

I was maintaining my 4/0-2 and took apart the speed mechanism. There are 2 springs in the shaft that transfer low gear and high gear. The spring on the inside low gear came flying out when I removed the restraining bolt. I have tried some other springs, but they dont seem to work. Do i need to get a replacement from Avet? I assume so.
