I'd like to thank the Academy......no wait, it's not that......although it feels like it. When I told Serena there was a contest and she looked at all the pictures she said "Dad, there's no way we are going to win". Really good pics for February, no question. Then she asked what the reel was good for. I told her she could catch a fish bigger than she was......big tuna, Marlin....who knows. I commented it would be a great reel for the long range trips and she replied "You should go on another one of those". Did I raise this kid right or what? Anyway thanks to Avet and Bloodydecks on behalf of Serena (who is in Costa Rica with the UCSD Surf Club for Easter break). I guess I'll have to ask her if I can use it sometime.

The picture was unique. There was another one that had me scratching my head as well... The story was good. One of those days that dad and daughter will remember for a long time. Especially since she out fished dad.
