GREAT SERVICE FROM RECEPTIONIST

I recently bought a discontinued model from Avet. I made a deal with one of the owners of company. When I called on friday to purchase the reel I was told owner was off on fridays and would have to call back monday. I needed the reel fast to catch a plane to Mexico. Annie the receptionist made two calls to the owner (on their cell) to get the details on the reel, and I was able to get the reel paid for and mailed out that day. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD SAY!!!!

I like to speak up when I get good service. I get tired of only the negative reports.

I also had a good experience with the lady on the other end of the phone at Avet. I had attempted to take apart and clean my Avet myself and ended up missing one of the tiny washers for the drag, Arhhhh! I called to order a new one, She toke my order and said I should have it in a couple days. I asked how much do I owe and how do I pay? She said don't worry about it! So 3 days later I get my part for free even though it was my fault! Great service...
