have purchased a red jx recently off e-bay the reel was in good cond but no clamp and hardware!

i called told them about the new purchase and asked for the parts was told no problem. tried to pay them they said no freebee? this is $25 at least.

called on monday pm here on saturday! how much better than that!

I had an SX that had a faulty clicker tab (small plastic part), I ordered three of them and they charged me 12 bucks?? Guess their policy changes depending upon who you talk to.

There good about replacing missing parts for free and charge a fare price for reel repair.
