Jx bodies intechangeable?

Are all the bodies for the different models of Jx reels (4.6, 6.0, 6/3) interchangeable? I have a Jx6/3 and would like to buy a Jx6.0Mc and be able to swap out the bodies and spools if possible.

No, if I buy a Jx6.0Mc (complete reel), can I swap out the housing and/or spool with my Jx6/3 (non Mc) reel? I know I can buy the MC upgrade housing but if I can spend an extra $150 and have another reel with 4 optional setups for the 2 reels I would rather do that.

I bought the 6.0MC and put the housing on my 6/3 and it worked out out fine. The only thing is you have a JX 6.0 with a 6/3 housing. No big deal.
