Pro EXW 30/2 Alram click problem

I don't know if i am the only one experiencing this, most of the time there is no alarm sound at all when line is pulled away. I click the button up towrd "clockwise". The reel spins silent. I know it supposed to be loud and must generate an aggressive sound and this is one of its main features. So please I ndeed some inputs about this matter because the dealer here cannot dignosed it these days.

open it and take a look on it. It's easy to do. Perhaps the spring is blocked.

Are you talking about the clicker or the anti reverse dogs? Did it work in the past?

This evening I'll look in my EX30 and see what could cause this but off the top of my head I'd say either corosion or broken part.

Sometimes it works and sometimes doesn't. I am talking about the button that when you turn it up, the reel makes sound The reel is very new and I am experiencing this since I first bought it. I did not suspect anything in the begining, but later I relized that there should be something worng because sometimes when I mess with it and push the button up and down..... it works.

Unscrew the 8 screws on the right sideplate. Inspect area around clicker assembley. The ball bearing on the end of the assembley should be able to move in or out. Is in malfunctioning or worn? Next check the plate attached to the spool. Is it greased? If so wipe it clean. Is it worn also?

If possible take pictures and post of the inside part of this ree.
