I ordered 2 reels studs for the old LX single speed about 10 days ago and haven't received them yet. I asked the gentleman on the phone if he would put an extra charge on it and send it 2nd day mail so it would arrive before I leave for Panama. He said no problem.

I called him just now to find out it was shipped on the 26th REGULAR mail...

Thanks Guys..That LX will look great sitting in the window seal in Panama?

I don't leave until this afternoon for D.C., hopefully it arrives in the mail today before we leave...

Not trying to bitch and moan, but there's no e-mail confirmation of orders, nothing....just doesn't seem like a very "together" system....

rant off....I still love my reels, just nervouse about getting things I need in specific time frames...

I don't understand....

Curtis orders something, says he'll pay xtra for shipping to make sure he gets it and it doesn't get shipped the way he requested. Seems like a slip up in CS to me. Just like when they send you the wrong .

Your comment was pointless thats all. Is this not an AVET FORUM....or is it only o.k. to post stuff that claims they are the best thing in the world ever..HAHAHAHA

It doesn't matter anyway because I expected to maybe hear from whomever at Avet monitors this thread with at the very least an "hey sorry about the mix up" anything....hasn't happened so far. I would call Avet back for help, but the same guy who I ordered from is the same guy who told me he shipped it regular mail...pointless

Well, I e-mailed Avet through this forum on friday and got a reply monday morning and they were able to overnight the parts to Washington D.C. where I am staying until thursday morning departure.
