Awesome photo's, great catches, and a great place. Spent some time on the other side of your little island there.
Had my share of VB and Cooper's

Awesome pics and write ups. You should start your own guide service, get all the crazy Californians! Myself included. Gearing up would take a bit though.

Keep posting the pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Some of my best captures

Went for a flick at the North mole this morning. We have a North and south mole which are the entrance to our port and river as pictured below...

Got drenched wet!
Caught about 4 Bonito
The one pictured below was a very good sized one!
Took 2 home and just whacked em on the BBQ! Very nice!
Out of everyone on the mole i was the only person catching them ops:
Here is some pics......

I took the fish home and cleaned it. Gave it to my dad as i dont really eat fish.

He put 2 nice cuts into each side and wrapped it up in foil with s squirt of soy sauce , some lemon pepper and a few other spices. Cooked it on the bbq .

Once ready he squeezed lemon on it. He said it was really nice!

I was told be a fellow fisherman that Bonito must be cooked same day because they dont freeze well but eaten the same day they are great!
