Has anyone fished in Vanuatu and can tell me if equipment is available locally or should one bring everything?

Because there are a number of Aussie run charter companies I imagine they'd have everything you need.

We were there in 06 and I don't think there is much to buy over there in Port Vila.
Bring your gear is what I would do. We went out on a 3 night 4 day live on board
40 ft Blackwatch. Want to go back again, you will love it there!

If you're keen Gezac we're doing a trip on a 42mtr, 500t mother ship in late August. She has three tenders and all the gear you could imagine. Gonna start in Vila and head up around Santo weather permitting. PM me if you're keen.
