Just returned from 14 days of fishing on Orcas Island, Wa. The fishing was terrible.
Caught a 13.5 lb blackmouth 2 hrs into the first day and never had another bite. Did catch and release some flounder and a ling.
My Salmon was the only one caught on the Island and one of three caught in San Juan County. Kings that is, there were a few cohos caught.
I put almost 100 hrs on the water. Had one day that we couldn't get out fog was so thick visability was about 20 feet.

This bird let me take a 1/2 dozen flash pictures of him from about 5 feet. although he keep running around behind the tree.
