gotta tell you i loved alaska. next trip i am going to fly in and rent a motorhome and do the rounds. maybe year after next. next year i want to go back to the columbia river for a couple weeks or. and wa. sides were both great. can,t wait to get to alaska , i had only 2 moose chase me off and one bear scar. the scar on my ass was from running into bob wire. i learned a good lesson. don,t ever bring a whole cooked fred meyer chicken and think you are going to have a pinic. i didn,t get one bite. it was bananas and oranges the rest of the day. i also fished the yakama in wa. alot. some small trout and steelhead. one day i walked 6+ hrs with 0, so i pulled out my might mite 24 inch spinning rod and reel from the back back and was catching tons od sqaw fish 1-6lb not steelhead but fun. in alaska i caught a lot of pike. you have to throw them on the bank, they are junk fish there. i kept a couple for the smoker. also went to this restuarant the snow goosw in ancorkage. the food was reel good, then just a few steps away ship creek and catch some 30lb plus king salmon. the place is unreal. can,t wait to go back with out the fred meyer chicken lol

Hey Franky and Spikey,
Maybe you guys should keep your comments to your boyfriends.
Those are some nice eating fish that were obviously caught through a guide who is not in business to take out a single angler. LoLos
