Seward,Ak

Hey everyone I've been lurking on this site for a little while and I have to admit this site kicks ass! Now that I have the boat up for the winter I have a little time to post a few pictures. I spend almost every weekend this summer out of Seward fishing. Made a few far runs in my boat to Montague Island for halibut but still learning that area. Heres a few pictures from this summer.

Now it's time to hit the river for some fall bows.

Get the boat back out of hybernation.
With the weather we are having there is still some good fishing!
Little Susitna is producing some nice fall bows. And you can never go wrong with fishing the Talkeetna for the fall bows either. The water levels are coming up, so not to much to worry about hitting bottom.
If you go out of Talkeetna, be careful, there is a big rock pile right in front of the boat launch and make sure you get on step right after you pull away from the launch.

Montana creek and willow creek are still low level, there are some dead but don't know it yet silvers still hanging around both creeks along with some smaller bows.

Thanks for the report, keep um coming. Stop by the boat sometime and I will point you in the right direction for some good fishing closer to Seward.

Anglette I don't know how my ocean boat would fair up there but I did get my hands on an 18' jon boat I plan on using the next couple of weeks for chasing bows.
Andy Thanks for the offer I'll take you up on it when I head back down there next spring/summer. I still have a lot to learn about the area. Heres a few more pics.
