Question Info on Valdez and Swifty's...?

Thinking about a salmon trip to Valdez. I would be staying at Swifty's.

Has anybody fished with these guys? Is there a best time to go for salmon?

Any other info would be appreciated.

never fished with them, but August is a no brainer for silver fishing in valdez.

I don't think that they allow duck hunting in La Salina any more! Too bad, be a good excuse to have a 12 ga in the truck!
