Could you post the link please....thanks.
there are multiple powerpoint shows that show the step by step maintenance steps. there have been a few small changes since then, but not enough to mention. here is the link for the ATD's:

Re: accurate 12 twin drag - rebuild

Yeah with Getagaff and Alantani we got reels and engines covered. Big thanks to Al for all his insight. If it wasn't for you I would have never had the balls to open up my Tor 20 or my Saltist for that matter.

Thank you,

Ron

Bigger Handle.....definately....I caught a 165# on the Accurate 30 and had a hell of a time getting cranks with the smaller handle...I want to put a 50 size handle on my 30...will it work?

Re: accurate 12 twin drag - rebuild

Hey Alan, just wanted to say thanks. Just got my first one apart and gonna start cleaning and lubing. Nice to have this for a newb like myself, that's never torn apart any reel.

Thanks again, Mots

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

we do use wet drags now w cal sheets grease.. doug and dave are the "twin" sons of jack.. dave now runs the fishing side and doug runs the aerospace side (jack retired).. dave is always up for suggestions and can be reached at dave@accuratefishing.com ..... if we used didnt use "shielded" bearings in our spool, you would lose freespool even faster.. you can put our "sealed" bearing in our spool though and lose a little freespool but they'll last alot longer.. hey Mr. Tani!!.. thanks for your help...
