That cork grip is pretty much shot! Even if you tried to fill it in with a cork dust and epoxy filler, it wouldn't turn out the same as original. Your best bet is to strip off the old cork grip and make a new one, either hypalon/EVA or cork tape. It would even look cool with a cord grip.
Or you could let Jose make it look just like a new Seeker or Calstar!
