who would want to rely on going to the US Embassy as a "feel good" back-up should you get ripped off...it's bad enough just trying to go through the ebay process when you get ripped off there...a lot of fraud happening over here, and that's what drives the skepticism when certain elements of a "deal" rear their ugly head...
