Nothing wrong with that Mate; I'll do anything in my power to see that he's not ripped off. You (he) has recourse to the US Embassy in SA if that should happen. But, on the other hand, it should not happen as the only accepted payment should be cash and the export/shipping costs is for the buyer's acc. And CSP or any other seller should make a copy of his passport and US visa and have it verified by your Govt dept responsible for visitors. Sorry, I'm not English speaking and I don't always use the appropriate wording.
