Probably want a 6/0 size reel for trolling. Most of the trolling you will do will be for Albacore, yellowfin and Bluefin. You might have the occasional BigEye bite your jig. Most of the boats in the fleet (SD) will want you trolling 6/0 gear or better, not 4/0. Probably can find a good deal on a used 114H, with aluminum side bars and spool, for a song, a decent (Seeker, Calstar, Penn, or Fenwick) rod rated for 80# test. You can also use this for a heavy rig if you ever get WFO bite on better bluefin or BigEye.
