distributers out. This is the third time with the same problem. and its an overhead cam so its an auxiliary gear that runs the distributer. no body seems to know much about these motors including me. |
The distributor has to interface with something - to drive it. Can you see where they come together? Is there an access to this auxilary gear? The only thing I can come up with immediately is maybe the distributor's not getting lubricant or seating properly and 'floating'.
Any noise when it was running? Movement - side to side - of the distributor body?
