I just bought my first cat - a twenty foot Twin Vee. So far I have been amazed at the ride. Had her out the other day in a snotty wind and she cruised back, down swell, at 22 knots. No pounding, no turning, no bottoming out in the swell ahead. Just as I had heard, super smooth. We kept bracing for the slam or turn and it never happened. Like I said, I've been amazed. The deck area is HUGE! Super stable fishing platform. Mine is set up with a single Yamaha 115hp four stroke. I've heard they perform even better with twins and I am considering a re-power. I'll post some pics and updates soon.

The only con so far is dry storage. I will figure it out - just a nit-pick.
