I measured my tank and it's going to hold about 15 gallons and I have a 500 gph pump. The tank will only be about half filled at 15 gallon because of where the drain hole are. I might attempt to modify it to hold more since the swim step is going to be plenty big for whatever tank I put on it. If I make it hold say 25 gallons, you think it will be ok with a 500 pump?
